Most new oem headlight systems now include LEDs for both low and highs. You can now get that same light output on your C5!
With our newest headlights, the standard projector has been replaced with a high quality Bi-LED projector that can instantly switch to the high beams via moving a cut off shield. This will enable the high beams to activate within milliseconds. The LEDs are instant on, so no long warm up time as with the HID kits of the past.
These headlights from JWM offer OEM style crisp cut off lines. These will light up everything on the the road ahead of you without blinding oncoming drivers! The Bi-LED projector is encased in a weather tight, silicone heat-resistant, and flexible housing that protects it from exposure to the elements.

Sorry, none of the plug n play leds that I'm aware of will be bright enough for the older housings. We've found the best results with 55 watt HID kits.

Need to upgrade lighting on the C5 but can't decide between HID and LED.
Do these LED lights create glare against fog or rain? Foggy farms around me and I daily drive this car so glare is an important factor.

We didn't notice any glare when tested in those conditions. These will be just like newer OEM systems. Output is excellent. Very sharp.
