Looking for a headliner where the board backer foam stuff is in decent shape. Mine is toast. Cloth can be any color or condition.

Good luck man, hopfully you get lucky here. That part has been discontinued for some time.

Your best bet might be to repair it as best you can, this guy went as far as to make a mold in order to create a new one because he couldn't get one and that was 2 years ago so I'm sure its even harder to find one now.
I need to remove mine to redo the cloth and I'm nervous about breaking it. Did yours come out easily?

I hadn't removed mine yet but it's already uneven and edges disintegrate into powder when it's touched.

Well if the backer that the foam adheres to isn't busted up then you're in good shape, an upholstery shop can fix it right up.
