I tried posting this earlier today but I don't see it, so posting again. Sorry if it duplicates. I'm in need of a C5 windshield weatherstrip in the worst way. I have a badly cracked windshield on my 01 and I cannot get it replaced without a replacement weatherstrip. Apparently, mine is glued and cannot be re-used. I'm OK with pre-owned or salvage if it's in acceptable shape. I've called all over creation and I can't find one anywhere. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

There are plenty of salvaged C5s going into wrecking yards. This part would likely be left on the remains of a car for final disposal after all other parts were removed. Yards don't typically remove and inventory weatherstripping unless it's a corvette specialist yard. You can try corvette only salvage yards or contact all model yards showing C5 parts and ask if they have any non fully dismantled shells which would have windshield weatherstrip. But if it's not inventoried in their computer system, they might say they can't help you with it.
