Default input shaft (12 mm) on torque tube
I need a straight prop shaft, 12 mm.

lol all you want, I've tried contacting them before, and now, with no response (that's where the pic in my post comes from). Every option on their phone menu tells you to either email them or visit their website. I've emailed multiple times to no avail. My only question for them was regarding the size (10 mm or 12 mm) as it's not specified on the website. Given they are non-responsive, I don't want to blindly order it, if at all from them,

The website states it fits 2001-2004 t56, they are all 12mm, so I would think it is 12mm.
