Default Wind Restrictor with Red LED lighting and remote control

For sale, Wind Restrictor with Red LED lighting and remote control (on-off and dimming functions). I installed this last year (4th of July weekend). This year I decided to purchase one with a custom graphic and so have removed this one with the standard C5 graphic. I've put it in the packaging that my new one came in so it will come to you basically as if it was coming straight from Wind Restrictor. I'm using my original mounting brackets so you are getting the new unused brackets with virgin mounting tape. You are getting fresh instructions, including the mounting bracket templates.

I'm asking $275 plus shipping - I'm in southern Indiana, zip code 47424.

Can you tell me/ show pics of how it mounts? I have a screen now that I use, and it does help, but taking it out and putting it in can be a PIA. Mostly only goes in when my wife comes with me. If I'm alone, I don't bother.

This can stay in with the top up or down, correct?

Edit to add: how does it get power for the LED's?

Pic of one of the mounts - driver side, which is a mirror of the passenger side. The vertical black section is secured to the vertical section, which is permanently secured to the clear section via two threaded studs on the vertical section and acorn nuts. Instructions include templates for cutting the carpet and a guide for placement. Both worked perfectly for my install.

Pic of where I mounted the lighting controller to come...

Edit - by the way the wiring is shown hanging - I took this pic after unsecuring it from the white double-sided tape at the corner to take the from the other side showing the WindRestrictor text that had been behind the wiring.

I mounted the wiring controller behind the waterfall, secured with double-sided foam tape. I had already run power to that location as I had retrofitted seat heaters into my seats when I replaced their covers and foam two winters ago. I used unswitched power so I could leave it lit when parked. I've forgotten to turn it off overnight, probably at most 12 hours on with engine off, and engine cranked over without any sign of the light having been on overnight.

Here's a pic of the lighting remote next to my car fob and key for scale. I kept it attached to the fob/key ring.
