3:42 OEM Ring and Pinion
Out of an 01 with 64,000 miles. Worked fine when it came out for a 3.90 swap. I should have it back from the shop in a few days and will post pics then. $125 plus shipping or local Detroit area pick up. Thanks.

The whole rear diff? Would this be a direct swap for my a4 equipped car? It has 2.73 gears now

I might be interested in the gears. I have to find out what it would cost to change my 4.10 rear. It might be easier and cheaper to swap with someone.
