FS: Cam Only LS3 Longblock
“Cam-Only” LS3 Longblock SOLD
This engine was assembled by me August 2014 and went 10.22@133, 6.52@107, 1.42 60’ in my C5, on E85, with 4000 stall, 4.10 gear at 3100lb C&D. at World Cup Finals at MDIR (with my Wife driving )
Later ran mid 10’s at local track with 3.73 gear and ran 9.98@136 on 150 shot. Engine has approximately 30 drag passes all motor, 5 drag passes on 150 shot, and less than 100 street miles. It runs great (for a big cam), makes good oil pressure, and has no issues. Ready for more All Motor action, Put a bottle on it and Spray it, or change the cam and boost it!
Details: 2010 Camaro Short block with 14K miles, stock Ls3 heads that were cleaned and checked,
All other parts used in the assembly were new including a cam Kit from Brian Tooley Racing with the following:
BTR N/A Stg IV Ls3 Cam
BTR .660 Lift Platinum Spring Kit with Titanium Retainers
BTR 5/16” 7.400” Chromoly Pushrods
New ARP Cam Bolts & Head Studs
New Ls9 Head Gaskets
New Ls7 Lifters
New Lifter Guides
New Melling High Pressure Oil Pump
New Two Piece Edlebrock Front Cover
New Front Cover Gasket
New Rear cover Gasket
New Front Seal
New Rear Seal
New Upper & Lower Oil Pan Gaskets
New OEM Crank Bolt
Black Wrinkle Coated Valve Covers
Used Underdrive Powerbond Crank Pulley
Used/Original Ls1 Coil Packs
MSD Plug Wires
Two sets of new NGK Plugs
Original Starter
New Waterpump
C5 Motor Mounts
Also Includes C5 batwing Oil Pan. The oil pan was used original to my car, so it was in used condition. It had a 3/8NPT fitting tapped into it for SC Oil Drain. I Tig welded a cover plate over this hole. This plate could easily be tapped for another oil drain for FI application.
I can take more pics once the engine is out of the car:

Have the same motor setup so i'm glad to know what it is capable of. For anyone looking to really bring their C5 up to par with today's hot rods this is the way to go! Good luck buddy

I am willing to ship it on a pallet, strapped and wrapped to the pallet. I have shipped engines and transmissions in this manner before with no issues.
I tried to send you a PM, but could not, perhaps your inbox is full or you don't have PM privileges?
