We just pulled these today 5-28-15. In really nice condition, there are two small black spots of what appears to be dirt on the inside of two of them and is pictured. These can be taken apart and cleaned. Boxed and ready to ship for $199.
What is the mod that can be done? I assume these have the other halo lighted when the lights are on, and when the breaks are applied, the rest of the light, lights.
