Anthony, The only items that I have on your list are the Wheels and the trailer hitch. My polished 5 spoke stock wheels are in MINT condition and include the wheel sensors as well as the factory runflats that have never been removed (they are worn out though). I can let them go for $800 pus shipping from Los Angeles. The trailer hitch is a Reese and will bolt on to your frame (didn't fit with my custom exhaust and I don't have the actual bolts for the frame but all other parts are here and untouched by me).
