Very nice. I made a set by mounting a morimoto projector in the factory housing and replacing the housing lens with clear lexan to protect the projector from the elements. Then I made some stop adjustments to have them open just enough. I was going to make a production line of them but decided against it. Glad to see you're making a nice set for sale. I just picked up a C5 project car and I'm working on a retro-fit of the Acura headlights with the strip of LED projectors. They are so thin the pop-up should only have to open about 2"..... but I think they should open so the top is horizontal for the most aerodynamic look. However, for price you can't beat the setup being offered here. Even if you make your own, the time you'll spend on trial and error and fabrication and headaches is more than this kit - and that's not counting parts!
Nice work!
One question - any problems with the projectors being exposed and not in a housing?

Spent a few hours driving with these at night during a rainstorm... Even after a few months I'm still amazed at the light output these offer!!!!

Even though these are a bit pricey, I will be ordering a set sometime soon. I cant stand the stock lights at night....which is the same reason I try not to drive the car at night, lol. Awesome product you have here, and the shrouds look sick! As for the shrouds, the CF looks nice, but do you have plans on making a fiberglass version? It would keep price down, and who really see's the carbon in the night time??

We have no plans for fiberglass right now.

Bump for yah !
The install took me more time that it should but I am very pleased with the results; however it does look naked and needs the shrouds. My advice to folks; this is an excellent mod but when installing do one side @ a time.

I'm more curious about the install now, especially after my fight with the non-popups I just sold. Can you link to the install instructions? I'm also curious as to how hard they are to aim.

I saw some of these at a show in shine last weekend and he had shrouds! They look so much better with shrouds. I will keep my eye on this thread and see if you ever get someone that can supply you with them.

The shrouds are still a work in progress. Last I heard Mike was working with the manufacturer to fix a small fitment issue that one of the testers experienced.
Everyone on the list will be given an opportunity to purchase once they're ready. If you've purchased a set you're on the list.
