me to, He is a police officer, I would expect honor/truth/reliability from him. He even asked me to pay up front before his vacation as he said he had a few people in line for the screens. I almost forgot.

I bought the front lip from Bill and paid him $225. Bill promised to get the ding in the lip repaired and would send soon. This was in December '13. He has not sent the front lip and will not respond to PMs.

I sent an email to his boss and he responded that he was having surgery on his back from a fall while on vacation. When he contacted me he said it was packed and that he would pay someone to take it to the usps that week, that was 3 weeks ago.

I received a PM from Spence today, 2-11-'14. He said he had back surgery 5 weeks ago. If he can, he will get to the body shop this week for the front lip and send it to me or he will refund my money.

I told Spence another week or two was acceptable, under the circumstances. I did want the front lip.

I told him I hoped he was doing well and to take care of himself.
He is a Corvette friend.

All is well that ends well.

In early December of 2013 I sent $225 to Bill Spencer for a used C5 front splitter. After nearly four months of repeated delays and promises, he has not sent the splitter, has not refunded my money, or has not responded to my requests. He has also beaten Mike out of his money.

Buyer beware.

Nov. 19th bought the screens for 40 from Bill, said he was going vacation and would get out Dec. 2nd. Got a PM in Feb. stating they were packed and sitting on his table and he forgot. Stated he'd get them out in the next week or two as he was going in for surgery. Haven't herd back from him since.

Heres the kicker:

Bill is a police officer in Punxsutawney, PA, sits on his town board, former Military and up till Nov 13 he'd always do what he said according to forums he's been on. I would not expect this from someone from which his background would call for Honor and someone of there word.

I know things happen but this is just disrespect and dishonesty.

If y'all sent money via Paypal , you do know y'all can dispute an get your money back case closed , I've had to do that mulitiple times buying from scammers .. Paypal Is setup to protect the buyer but I'm sure y'all already know that good luck with it all hope y'all get it sorted out money or parts back
