Default FS: Firestone Wide Oval tires in C5 Z06 sizes

Up for sale are a set of (4) Firestone Wide Ovals in stock Z06 sizes; (2) 265/40ZR17s and (2) 295/35ZR18s. These tires are in excellent condition and still have a lot of meat left on them; 0.3" of tread in the front and 0.25" of tread in the rear. They are worn very evenly across and show no signs of over or under inflation, as well as any uneven wear due to any negative or positive camber. I am looking to get $525 for local pickup. If need be I will ship them, but the total will be $600 to offset the shipping costs.

On to the pictures:

I'd be interested in the rears if you are willing to separate the set

Yea, I'll sell you just the rears. I already have the fronts and rears bundled separately so that's no problem. The rears would be $300 shipped for ya.

These are great tires. I bought a used set off the Forum almost 3 years ago and have put about 32,000 miles on the tires since I got them. They're still pretty much like new as far as tread depth. They handle and drive better than the Nittos that were on the car when I got it and are much, much quieter. Also great in the rain. They can really shed some water for a relatively wide tire. I know lots of folks are quick to make the comment that these don't 'hook' very well if you're a drag racer. I'm not a drag racer and have never had any problems with these under very brisk acceleration or going around clover leafs at high speed.
Nice price too (IMHO) for a set of tires that is no longer available.

I agree with you 110%. For just cruising around town and doing some spirited driving, they're a great tire. I've had multiple passes drag racing and have done one HPDE with these tires and they held up. Not as good as say a Michelin Pilot Sport or another great summer tire, but they held their own.

As with all the stuff I sell, I tried to price them pretty reasonable. Especially considering that the front tires are almost new and the back tires still have a lot of meat on them.

Thanks for the free bump too
