Kooks headers the most premium header you can buy for your car. They come with all 304 Stainless, TIG welded construction. The also include merge spikes, ball and socket connections and blended primaries. Each kit also contains all bolts, gaskets, O2 Extensions and hardware needed for installation! All Kooks Corvette X-pipes also come with an extra O2 Bung, and screw cap behind the collector for wideband tuning!

New style Kooks will just be replacements for existing ones and will begin shipping pretty soon. They will never have an EO as all Long tube headers require replacing the factory cats.

Do you need to order the headers and a crossover pipe to get the free coating? I already have a set of Kooks headers on my car, and rather than yank them, send them to get coated, and reinstall them I was just going to buy a coated set and swap them. I would then send mine out to get coated, and sell them. No downtime!
