I want to thank Brandon and Jon for all the help in deciding to go with these and the ease of install.

-Just installed the new version of the 1-3/4" Kooks longtubes without EGR and the cat-less 3" x-pipe on my C5Z, what a breeze of an install.

-Literally took 10 mins. between the 2 headers after everything was removed. Passenger side went in from the top, didn't have to unbolt the starter or motor mounts and the drivers side went in up from the bottom. There is plenty of clearance everywhere.

Product looked real good

Smooth quick transaction!!

Will recommend you guys!!

Yes, you have to buy the X-pipe. Sorry for the delayed response.

Is the X-pipe coated for free as well? I'm looking at the 1 3/4 race style long tube headers with the catted X-pipe. I removed my air pump a long time ago and have no interest in putting one back on, I prefer the clean look of the emissions free headers.

Just the headers are coated for free. Give us a call and we will be able to get you all set up with the Kooks headers/x-pipe you are interested in, 443-730-9428.

I am undecided on which header to purchase. Will the 1 7/8 inch headers install as easy as the 1 3/4 inch headers. I also Have no lift and will be installing them in the garage by myself.

The new Kooks are supposed to be much easier to install. They were doing them at Carlisle in 45 mins. In regards to the size, both fit fine with no issues.

Order placed! Ordered Kooks 1 3/4 (Airborn polished silver jet coating) with Xpipe w/cats.

Tried to find a good comparison between Airborn and Calico coolkrome coatings but couldn't find a comparison between the two. Open to replies on the coating choice - it's not to late to change!

Yes you have to order both. Also the new design headers have a different connection that does not work with the old X-pipe.
