Can be run with both stock lifters and heads.

You will need a spring set and push rods also

Did you ever dyno your car w/ this cam installed? If so, what were your mods and numbers when you dyno'd it?

You would need .650 Dual Springs and some 7.4 push rods.
As far as a dyno no, However with supporting mods the cam should gain 50 or so RWHP on a C5 Z06.

This is a very popular and common cam...a youtube search TSP V3 will net you a bunch of results and videos in all the LS1 platforms.
