Are any spacers needed for them sitting flush and not being a deep dish? Also how much more would having the rear 18-9.5 widened to 10.5 cost?

No spacers needed for these unless you went with the 19x10 and that's a maybe. Some do and some don't.
We don't have 18x10.5's available in this style. We have other styles available in 18x10.5 on our site
