I purchased a front bumper from this seller last year and it was exactly as described, transaction was great. I also saw this hood in person at that time and can vouch that it's condition was in perfect as-new condition. In addition, I happen to own this exact hood, but in carbon fiber and LOVE IT, get compliments everywhere I go.

How much body work needs to be done on these hoods to fit correct and be ready for paint?

I can't speak specifically for the fiberglass model, but with mine the fitment was excellent. Also, with the carbon fiber version, a lot of prep work is required to flatten out the weave prior to paint, you should have a much easier time with the fiberglass. It's the better choice if your plan is to paint it.

Fitment was also excellent with the fiberglass model. It fit perfectly and required very little prep to paint.
