Hello Everybody. Does anybody think a hard wire kit with a switch to mount on the inside of you car would sell? It would also be a little cheaper

Hi Anders,
We are working on it but no set date. Have some bugs to work out.

I guess I am confused... People are saying they let the temps get to 220 and then push the button and it cools down. Shouldn't your fans automatically come on at like 190? If this uses the stock fans then its only as good as the stock fans right?

Hi Anti_Venom99,
Stock setting for the fans to come on low speed when the coolant reaches 226 degrees. They both go to high speed at 235 degrees.

The CoolIt lets you turn the fan on when ever you want. Like at 180* instead of waiting for it to get to 226* or higher. If you have a automatic trans it will even help keep your trans fluid cooler.

Thanks
Christian

Hi AndersT,
Sorry, but because the C7 Stingray Fangs took so long to perfect we haven't had time to work on the hard wire Coolit yet. So at this point we have no estimated time when we will have a hard wire Coolit.

The wireless Coolits work really good!

Happy New Years!

I'll wait for the hard wired kit. Don't need something else to keep up with in the car.

Here's an unpaid testimonial;

I have one of these (the one with the remote) installed on my C5Z

When I ran my car at Thunder Hill and during AutoX events, I turn this on between runs and it keeps my car much cooler.

This item along with the FANGS should have come on these cars right from the factory. Really well engineered and worth every penny.

This is also a great upgrade for people with automatic transmissions to help keep them cool.
