Default F/S: B&B PRT w/4.5 oval tips

They are about 4 years old with about 13k mi on them. They are in good shape with a few scratches and marks. They were professionally installed and were tack welded at the slip joints. The installer welded a brace between the two pipes near the slip joints. The theory is that it would keep the tips aligned. It seemed to work because they never required an adjustment. The material that is still there can be ground off or you can put another brace on. I recommend a brace.

$600 or make a reasonable offer. I would like to sell locally but I will drive to meet half way or I will package and ship if you pay the shipping.

It's a nice one !! What do u mean they were welded at slip joints? I have little older version of this exhaust but I'm still having trouble keeping my tips alight ... Sounds like good idea of putting some kind of brace between two ...
Bump for a great exhaust !!!!!

The shop that installed them said that some aftermarket systems that have a slip joint between the pipe that goes over the axle and the muffler will turn or spin and cause the tips to go out of alignment. In addition to the clamps, they tack welded a rod that went between the pipes right at the joint. It wasn't visible from any angle from the back of the car. You had to get under the car to see it. The rod went left to right between the left and right pipes. None of this has any effect on the pipes other than the minor marks left by the welds which have since been ground and smoothed away.

This system is in great shape and is ready to bolt in. If you need more pictures, I will take more.
