Not sure if it will help you out, but I have parts from a pair of DMH cutouts if you need something in particular. Finding one cutout is going to be nearly impossible.

Depending on how long you've had them,Dave at DMH will replace it for you. It'll just take awhile and he's hard to get a hold of. I just finally got tired of my wires burning up and just through them out a couple of weeks ago, sorry. L8R ZFLASH

I have called 3 times and even sent them a email with no response. I figured they went out of business lol. I'm really not too impressed with them so far!

I got a new set with the low profile and all hardware. It does not have the wiring from the control switch back to the cut outs. It does have the new control that is wireless and has a fob that opens and closes them. I decided to go a different route. The remote control is trick but just not wanting cut out. Again these are brand new

Dave at dmh called me 2 weeks ago and told me to mail him my bad motor and said he would send a new one back within 3 days. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since he received my electric motor and i still havent received one back and he is ignoring my calls and my emails.
UPDATE:
It took a MONTH but I finally got my electric motor from Dave and it works great. If your not in a hurry he makes a nice product but he is VERY slow.
