Default Plasti Dipped Targa Top

C5 Plasti Dipped flat black targa roof. Roof is in good condition was prepped and primed for paint. Plastidip is removable at buyers request. Weatherstripping is new on passenger side and decent on drivers side.
$500 would prefer to sell local
Thanks
Bob

Note the marks on the headliner are just from items being placed on it and are not permanent

Grey primer . I was planning on painting it to match my car and put the plasti dip on to protect the surface until paint

I am planning on making one of these (already have the donor roof), so how did it hold up when driving? ever take that roof through a car wash? how did it do handwashing it? Any pics of it on the car say in the sunlight? I know I am not going to be a buyer, but these answers may also help sell the roof.

The plasti dip has held up extremely well while driving, it has been at speeds over the speed limit with absolutely no issues. The coverage is complete with no "tiger striping". As far as automatic car washes, I never take my car there so I can not speak on how it would hold up in that situation. However washing it at home I always just went gently over it and never directly shot high pressure at it and it has held up great. It has been on the roof for about 3 months not and still looks great. I get lots of comments on it since it matches my wheels. I will take some pictures this week of it actually on the car for you
Thanks!

Any pictures of what "decent" means when you talk about the weatherstripping? In other words, will it have to be replaced to prevent leaking or wind noise?

New pictures added. Drivers side weather stripping has a little wind noise, so probably needs to be replaced. If interested buyers prefer I can remove the plastidip and then you can paint the roof to match your car

Looks good, thansks for sharing!! gave me the confidence to give it a shot. Me and a buddy will be doing this during the next month. Mine will be on a clear top making it a solid. Not a competitor as mine is going to be for my car. That looks pretty tough on there! Hopefully someone buys this!

The top was originally black. It has been sanded down, imperfections were fixed then it was primed.
