I have a memory module that came out of my 2003 coupe. The car had memory seats. The GM part # is 10342158.

Other numbers on the module are SCM + T 10435193.

The module was under the passenger side seat.

It was replaced to fix a memory seat problem, however the problem continued to exist so I have to believe the one I have is a good unit.

If it will work for you I'm willing to work with you on price.

It is for the drivers side, has memory and the lumbar (i think all sports seats have the lumbar but not sure.
