WTB: C5 exhaust.
I have BB bullets and the neighbors are not too happy in my new neighborhood. Need something quieter. Will buy outright or possible trade with my 8000 mile single tip bullets. Thanks.

I'll have my b&b route 66 with quad oval tips for sale. It has the cutout flanges welded on tho. Prolly would want 700 plus s/h with the cutouts.

I have a set of TI's with the bypass mod done to them...quiet 'till you stomp it...
These were to replace a B&B setup also but I never got around to putting 'em on...once I knew the neighbors hated the B&B's there wasn't a reason to change!
My C5Z was totaled 2 weeks ago by a Blue Hair so these just became surplus...
$400.00 + shipping.
BTW; if you "luv2fly" What do you love to fly?

I have a nice set of Z06 mufflers with the oval CORSA chrome (over stainless) tips installed. Very nice setup. $400 + shipping.

You must have really pissy neighbors. The bullet is not that loud. Just dont rev the crap out of it in the neighborhood. At idle I can barely hear mine. Of course I am used to the 72 BB with sidepipes.

I leave for work at 6 am, start the car in garage, idle down the road and let it warm up a little at the stop sign. All my neighbors are OK except this schmuck. Of course he is the one on the development board and will cite me for noise. It is an old farts, tree hugger neighborhood, no offense against all you old fart tree huggers out there. . Will be moving to our new place at the end of the year and back on go the loud pipes as well as a nice blown 402 motor.

Thanks everyone for all the options and quick replies. I really appreciate it. I found one and purchased it this morning. I'll keep the bullets also for when I move later this year, or if the neighbor bothers me about something else and I will put them back on.

In a MASSIVE display of Thread Drift I will post pic's for my Ti's even though the OP has secured a set for himself...
Chris
As an aside; I was at the airport re-installing the engine on my plane this afternoon and had brought out the Ti's to photograph while I was there.
As the ramp rat crowd at the airport decended on my hanger to watch me bust my knuckles, one of them (a fellow given to telling everyone how smart he is...) remarked as to how I was NEVER going to get those big things under the cowling but should I succeed he bet it would be a damn quiet airplane...
There was Coke and 7up comin' out of every nostril...

I was wondering. What will the b&B bullets sounds like with my Kooks headers and X pipe? I have B&B rt66's on now and am not happy. Not enough "Rumble".

I love it. I have Kooks 1 7/8 headers and an x-pipe as well. It does drone at 1800 rpm but I usually am a little lower than that in 6th and higher in 5th gear on the highway. Plenty of rumble.

i have the B & B Bullets and one of my biggest joys is going through my neighbor. i even drive around all the cul-de-sac's purposely!! HA. I would sell you my factory C5 exhaust i took off but not sure how the heck i would ship them. i can think of a big enough box for their odd shape. ?????
