It's probably easier to do than to explain here but I'll try. Pull out the little rectangular box that holds the light bulb. Remove the light bulb. Thread the connector end of the light into the box from the front end and attach it just like the bulb was attached (quarter turn twist). I mounted the light strips on both sides of the trunk just behind the top rubber water molding. The lights can't be seen unless you lean into the trunk.
It should be real clear once you pull out the light fixture. Max 15 min for both sides.
The install is nothing, I just dont want to see the LED strips in the trunk area. I'll have to go look at mine and see where I cant mount/stick them.

I have a vert as well and would love to get a pair for the front and rear as well...you have a pic of how you mounted the rear one's?
