I'm very interested. I'm sorry if you've already answered this question, but what, if any, increase in horsepower will I get if I install these headers on a stock Z06 LS6 engine?
Thanks!

All depends on the dyno, weather differences, etc... but you will see gains and notice it in seat of the pants. Telling you a specific number is hard because all dyno's are different. You can look at Tim's graph where he picked up more HP/TQ after switching from ANOTHER set of longtubes! I picked up ~20hp/25tq under the curve on mine if that helps being the only change! Plus you will have a solid free flowing exhaust to further enhance other mods if you choose to do such down the road which will make those gain even more as well!

BTW, the rear pipes cleared the diff strut. The passenger side o2 was hitting the frame so I loosened the header on that side, put a pry bar in there and just tightened the flange bolts. I now have a good 3/8". Also the ac hose was on top of the primary but bending the metal part of the hose back towards the firewall a bit gave me a good 1/2" of clearance on that passenger side hose. The flanges for the cat back on the passenger side are very close to the aluminum heat shield but I have yet to tighten the "flow tubes" between the x pipe and the mufflers fully. Aside from that everything fits nicely. I ordered some 3" lap joint band clamps and I hope to get everything clearanced at that point. I did loosen all flange bolts and moved things around a bit to get things as centered as possible before tightening things up..

good to hear everything is fitting well and clearing the strut brace! Thanks for posting that up! And good idea making sure everything was centered and cleared before tightening down!

Well I finally got mine tuned today. Found out she was running way lean so actually lost some power on the final tune.
Max HP 335.38 Max Tor 344.67
Install was pretty easy. Still have an issue with the driver side not sealing up good against the head. Replaced the supplied gasket with an OEM and still have a small leak on the third hole on the top side.
We have retighten a couple times now. So ??? Not sure if the flange is the problem or not.
But other than that small issue everything is GREAT!
