People in the Fox Valley area in IL for a good exaust job I recomend the Meril shop in Batavia, IL Had my stock C5 exaust removed & replaced with a Magnaflow 16732 performance axleback exaust at a local Merlin shop in Batavia , IL
All work was done in a very satisfactory manner.
The General Manager Tom Carlson gave me a good deal as they have done many many C5 exausts They did a great job, performed with care & making sure that I was happy with everything before dropping the car down.

not sure which section this belongs. I was quoted $80 & was charged $70
have not had a chance to check the sound at over 45 mph yet, but sounds great at idle - a little lower tone than I had expected & much much better at WOT but not so loud as to be atracting too much attention

Yep! did mine two years ago. Very professional job, watched them like a hawk up and down the ramp. Said the owner had vettes. I would recommend also.
