I just need the stupid **** that clips over the dimming slider. GM only sells them as a whole switch unit and mine works fine but the little **** cover is missing.

we all are in the same boat they stopped making the ****, your only hope is a new or used hud switch with the ****.

There was a guy here making (his own aftermarket) them but I don't know what ever became of the guy.
