I don't know much about the bullet system, but I recently installed a B&B PRT System and it is awesome! Much better build quality than the Borla Touring I had. It has a nice throaty sound at idle, and sounds awesome under full throttle!
I'd definitely get ahold of DustyZ06 about one of his B&B systems!
