RPS Clutch "Black Friday Sale" !!
Alot of you guys already know that I have run and endorsed RPS clutches over the last couple of years.
In fact, I was very involved in the initial concept behind some of their latest offerings (a no compromises performance clutch that you could live with every day) after having multiple issues with a host of other clutch designs on the market at the time. We also used my car for alot of the R&D of the various designs, which while I cant say I miss all the wrenching, I will say it was exciting refining the product and finally experiencing and living with a pre-production part that was the best "clutch experience" my C5 has ever had...it just did everything well. Extremely responsive, very well balanced (no dreaded shifter rattle), executed perfect high RPM shifts, and was smooth to drive (no chatter....clutch chatter is high on my "absolutely cant live with" list).
Rob, the owner, is obviously local to me (a couple of towns over) and him and I have gotten to be good friends over the years thru all of this testing and so on. So we happen to be shootin' the bull on the phone the other day and I mentioned he should have a "Black Friday sale" to try and get more people on board and get additional positive exposure (I was half kidding....half serious). Turns out he called me back and gave me the green light on doing so after chewing on it a bit so if any of you (or a buddy) have been thinking about an RPS unit for their Vette, F-body, or new Camaro, I promise you wont be disappointed and now might be a really good time to jump on board.
You guys will have to PM me for details but it will be worth the time it takes to do so....

Only good from Thursday to Sunday night (I place the order with Rob on Monday morning) so hopefully the timing works out for some of you and you can take advantage of this.
