Will this work with a K&N intake? I mean, if I take the K&N filter off, can I keep the hard plastic from it and use the vara with it? I really want to lower the IAT's... but I dont want to cut a hole in my bumper.

They don't fit without modification.
The green performance filter that comes with the kit is a nice flowing filter itself.
Cut a hole in your bumper? You don't have to cut anything to install this.

Well, I have the K&N already installed. But I dont wanna buy the power duct again. I was wanting to retain the KN plastic tube... take off the KN filter and install the vara on the KN plastic tube.
And if I keep the KN setup entirely, I was going to do like others do and cut a hole were the License plate goes, and make a mesh cover to make it look nice. Im tired of 130* intake temps when its 78-100* outside.

First off, a quality vendor! J,,,,I think he is confused between the old K&N intake system and the Vararam!
Dude with the questions call JW or me 405.620.1297. The Vararam is the best intake going once you are rolling!

No cutting. They are replaced with the VR unit.
The unit comes with that housing that is attached for the scoops that go up into the intake.
The two lower portions shown here are the new fog light housings.
