** NEW** ZR Hood's For Sale - In Stock!!
Hey guy's I know quite a few of you have seen these already, but I am going to start listing everything we made individually for sale. We have about 5 of these in stock at the moment. These are made out of Duraflex, which is a fiberglass/plastic mix. The hood is vented to extract hot air and has the mesh screen on the opening.
I am doing these for $600 + Shipping. Shipping will range anywhere from $100-$160 depending on location These ship out of the LA area. If your in the LA area pickup is also available. Pix below of the the hood including the underside.
Carbon Fiber $740 + shipping.
Carbon Fiber $840 + shipping.
These are all in stock and ready to ship
A couple pix of my customers with the ZR Hood mounted and painted.

Lol, yeah I got lucky on that one.
I am going to talk to my guys and see if there is any way we can make the underside follow the cowl to give us some space underneath, at the moment I dont know if it sits any higher than the OEM hood.

I have a dumb question (please don't flame me). Is there any way to block the opening off to prevent water from entering when it rains or when I was her? My vette is my daily driver and it rains a LOT here.

It probably wouldnt be that hard to make a WIP "Water Intrusion Plug" by measuring out the dimensions and using a foam or flexible soft plastic. Sorry thats all I got. But no, it wasnt a bad question at all.

No installed pix yet Pat. I will be getting all this stuff we made installed on my car this coming weekend. As for fit, it should fit very well, we used an OEM hood to make this.

Would you ship to Italy? In positive case, can you give me a quotation for a safe packed shipping? And again, what kind of payment would you accept? Paypal, Amex, Visa-Mastercard? Thank you in advance.

I love the hood. Looks great. Don't worry about the water. I live in seattle too. I had the hood liner cut to fit this hood but when it rained it would soak the liner. I decided to take it off. (which looks better imo)
The engine does get a little more dust. The radiator shroud also gets most of the dirt cause that is where the water runs off to. But not bad.

I just talked to my body shop today. I was hoping they would tell me they could do it quickly. However they said it could take a couple weeks to finish. I guess they want to take their time, and make sure everything lines up like OEM and make sure it looks perfect. I have no problem with that, however obviously I want pix, so you guy's know what everything looks like installed. I will let them know to install the hood first so I can get pix asap, then as they progress I will go in and take pix of everything else.
