This inner wheel well has a crack at the corner where the headlight bracket mounts as shown in the pics. It is perfectly usable as is or you can repair the seam. I'm located in Raleigh, NC. I believe others have had problems shipping these due to their size. I will do my best to work with you to get this shipped if possible. Otherwise local pick-up works great! Let me know if you have any questions. I'm parting out my 1997 C5 and do have other parts left.
