Thanks Steve, someone had asked about the year and I didn't know the answer. It would have been nice to have the heat shields, although they probably wouldn't help the clearance problem I have on the passenger side. The previous owner must have taken the shields off when he sent the manifolds out to get coated.
The receipt for the coating was in the box the manifolds came in. The coating cost ~$250.00 - a bit pricey in my opinion for the results but theoretically the coating will help keep temps down in the engine bay.

will these work if i use a 2001-2003 stock cat pipe,,,,my car is a 2000 regular c5, ...I know you probably wont know but hopefully someone that does will answer,,,,im in peabody ma. and would pick them up .....

I'm guessing that the stock cat pipes wouldn't fit since the manifolds are longer, but you are right - I don't know. If the question is about the flange, I can measure the bolt hole spacing, etc.
