are these the correct c5/z06 offset or will I need spacers in the back for them to sit flush with the wheel well?

17x8.5/18x9.5 are the stock C5 Z06 sizes correct? Whats the weight of the wheels in these sizes and how much for black chrome? Thanks...looking to get these ASAP
