You won't find one used. Anyone who has already installed it will never set foot in the dealer for the recall. You may find one that has never been installed though.

Do you still want that used CLB? I have one I'll let go ($20 including shipping). Just had the recall done and now have a used CLB. I don't have the lighter plug to unlock the column but you really don't need it. You can unlock it by turning on the switch first before unplugging the lock motor.
