BEWARE of CF Members trying to Sell for John Hennessey
I’m sure many know of John Hennessey (Viper and Corvette Tuner) and how a few years ago he had ripped off CF owners (NoMercy and others), Viper owners and many other owners of their hard earned money. John was sued in the State of Texas awhile back for his fraudulent activities.
Recently I have seen what appears to be a couple of CF members trying to sell for Hennessey or have seen Hennessey products being sold in the CF parts section. This became an alarming concern to me as I certainly would not want any more harm to come to other corvette family members and other car enthusiast owners.
Thus, I felt obligated to request that I be allowed to share this information with fellow corvette members and other car enthusiast who may not be aware of Mr Hennessey's past.
Always do your reserach before you buy a product or tuning package from someone. My advice would be to purchase from a Corvette Forum vendor/tuner. As far as used parts or parts in the Corvette Forum Parts for Sale sections, buyer Beware, especially if it involves Mr John Hennessey or someone selling for him.
Dont say you werent warned.

I am only giving the facts. You can make the decision. There are many good honest tuners/vendors out there who make honest livings without the need to steal from owners. And personally, Those are the ones that I support - the ones that deserve support for not attempting to screw people over

As far as this thread is concerned, I'm just looking out for my Fellow corvette members and car enthusiasts who may not know about Hennessey's criminal activities. So try not to take it personal.
If I had it my way Hennessey and his past would be a permament sticky on the corvette forum. This guy took it too far.

Furthermore, I'm not looking to be a hero, just looking to disseminate accurate information so people can be more informed to make wiser decisions. Thats what these forums are all about. And every little bit helps.

Hennessey WHEELS is owned and run by a friend of mine.
