The wheels are sold.

Don, are the scuffs just on the painted surface or all the way down to the alloy?

I'd have to take them out of the box again to answer that question. When Frank comes down to take a look at them, I'll have an answer for you, as we take them out for him to inspect them. BUT, I'm pretty sure the scuffs are shallow.
