I was thinking about doing the letters in yellow. I haven't seen one that way. I did the yellow with photochop what do you think. I have the brake light red letters on the rear and a yellow exhaust plate thought it might keep with the theme but it might look tackey maybe black s!@# I dont know

They look great!!! Nice job. The painted letters could look good. I painted mine white. But my car is white. Check my Avatar. Great DIY.

Yea thats what I thought it would be a little to much. The only chrome or silver on her is the rims and tail pipes so the letters match them I think it looks a little more sanitary and less busy

The calipers look great. Try the yellow letters - if you don't like them, you can always scrape the paint off.

Default Painting calipers

You did a great job! I think the yellow is a great accent, imo. What paint did you use? I'm going to re-paint my calipers in the spring and have looked at several options. I may be at bit biased as my '01 C5 vert is the same color.

I really like how you only painted the calipers and not the brake pads. It looks very stylish!!

If it weren't for people trying different things, all of our cars would look the same. What you find beautiful, another may find not to be. I think some car owners look for too much validation on their projects. If you feel secure enough to drive a Vette and live with all the stereotyping, then feel secure enough in your choice to try something and say "Hey , look what I thought of!" Of course that interior we examined last weekend was way over the top............but of course someone had the nerve to do it. I applaud your efforts and thinking outside the box. However ...........outside the box does not mean outside the box of good tastes. Uh oh...I'm afraid we are going to hear from some of the winged members for this. McDonalds colors or not........it took courage and thought and attention to detail. Bravo Zulu
