has anyone ever delt with specter werkes out of troy michigan?
Hi, i currently have a 2002 MATRIX SC done by specter werkes and was wondering if any one out there has had any experiances with them? i will probably bring my car back to them for a retro fit intercooler for my magnacharger and was wondering what the rest of you (know or think about them),thanks for any info.

Haven't had any engine work, but I got my hood from them. Worked with Heather, and she was really great. The hood was perfect and didn't require much finishing work at all.

If anyone here has the inside scoop on Specter Werkes it is Danny. He just recently had the GTR Widebody done and it ROCKS!
He has had tons of stuff done by them and has always been pleased with the end results. Maybe the only issue would be the length of time is has taken to complete the jobs.
By the way, I think he has a 383 stroker, 150 shot nitrous, etc, etc and it was all done by them.

Yeah, i love my 2002 MATRIX SC, with all the mods they did for my car. I bought the car as is but the guy that had it before me gave me the reciepts from specter werkes ( about $27,000 worth of work. thanks for the info ----danny are you out there?

I would deffinetly agree with you on that, they told me that for a retro fit to my supercharger,that they would have to take it off send it to magnacharger for the retro fit, reinstall it,recalibrate the computer ect ect, it all takes time to do it right. but what i got so far is awesome. my only problem is there about 330 miles away from me, so i'll have to talk one of my friends into following me up there,and bringing me back about three weeks later, but i know it will be worth it.

S.W. is great. Ask for Scott and he will help you with whatever you need. Scott really knows his stuff when it comes to these cars and he will always give you 100%. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but its well worth it and at this time of year, its no biggy.
