Default Another FRV (Fixed Roof Vert) in the works - Pics

After seeing Black_Magic's car at CI4 I knew I wanted one too So, after gathering up some parts from forum members and vendors I jumped in with both feet Started prepping and mocking things up tonight. Still have a long way to go though!

Here's the tonneau after being filled and sanded

The Z06 rear section and glass targa in place

Targa removed

Your work looks great. Can you explain what your final options are and how everything works? I haven't seen this idea before. Looks pretty cool.

Does it actually convert all the way down into the trunk. Not ragging on you but what is the purpose? Was this so it could be run on a track. If the top retracts all the way into the trunk, I take back my statement cause that is cool, otherwise not on my baby.

No, it does not retract. It will serve as a hardtop for track purposes when the need arises. I show the car more than anything else and thought it would be unique at shows.
