Default Got my new wheels from bob put on......they look sweet!

they are repro polished from house of wheels. (finally got my new wheel from that company, thanks bob) they also have z16 caps which i really like alot better than the plain chrome ones. it is like a different car cruising down the road.

i let my wife drive the car after the wheels were put on and i followed in her 4runner. it looks awesome!

they sure do dust up fast though. i will be ordering ceramics tomorrow. the dust sprayed right off though. the wheels are great.

b/c the caps that came with the wheels were ugly. they didnt have any color and only had an outline of the flag emblem.

What's that on the back bumper below the "Corvette" on your car? That's not a dealer sticker, is it?

Hi djburkeen -

Those look really nice - I like that much better than the stock grey look.

Where is the shop that did this for you located? I have a set of stock rims that might be worth having done to use as an alternative to my CCW's.

You might want to think about lowering your car to the stock limits to give it that extra something...(Dang now I sound like Racer and ALLCAR )

best regards -

You've had the car since July, and you STILL haven't removed that sticker?

Time to bust out w/the hairdryer and goo-be-gone. You should be ashamed of yourself.

You will be amazed at how much less dust the ceramic pads produce!

Just take your time and be careful. As long as it's not a sticker and not "drilled" into the fascia, you'll be fine. Take your time to heat it up w/a hairdryer and use some very fine fishing line to get between the sticker and the body. I'm sure others have better ways. This is jsut one way.

I'm kind of surprised the dealer even put it on there. Most sealers, regardless of their stupidity level, realize that almost all Vette buyers will refuse to take delivery of a Vette if they've applied ANY type of free advertising. Especially stickers/decals.

Hey neighbor, just realized you're right here in my neck of the woods.

About the stupid dealer advertisement sticker, I peeled one off my girlfriends vette on a hot 90+ degree day this summer. Didn't need to use any additional heat to get it off.

( also sent you a PM)

Those wheels give it the right attitude. Bob, at House of Wheels is a good person to do business with.

Use a hair dryer and carefully peel it off. Should come off no problem.
