Default Good Thread!

I showed your thread to my wife and she said you were my alter ego!
I must add these costs:
Screw in rear tire twice in 2 months, opposite rears.
Major angst over finding someone you trust fixing the tire. Then when I did they showed me three of my four wheels were bent out of round!
My wife also noted the cost of her new kitchen and 2 carat diamond ring!

$0.00! I put $40,000 down on mine back in 1997 when it first came out and paid the rest of it off in the first year. Just mods and insurance.

Theodore Roosevelt was asked the same question about pheasant hunting.

His reply, "It is worth whatever it costs"

with Teddy

60 months 0%....5k down....and even $ 700 a month. I just put in 15 hours a month on overtime and the payment is made Well worth the 15 hours to drive and own this car and this way it doesn't impact my monthly nut. Then I just got a nice promotion so the payment is now covered plus some. The overtime money is now filtered into my blower savings account.

Insurance...I was with State Farm...discovered they are one of the most expensive out there. With Wawanesa now, better coverages and my insurance is less for three cars now than it was with two. Also my my wifes Suburban costs more to insure than the vette. I like throwin that in the wifes face when she gets on me about mods

The car is my only vice so I spend what I want on it.
