Does anybody know if the longtubes and high flow cats add much more to the volume? I live in a townhouse and start my car in the morning with the garage closed. The neighbor was waiting for me when I opened it at 7:30 and told me it was shaking his house. I told him He should of bought a single family. :lol: :cheers:

Believe me, I would love to run his butt over. But in the great state of CA we have associations we have to deal with. I guess I'm the one that should of bought the SFH. The guy is a tool. Yes, headers and will make it a little louder.

That said and being a performance buff like the rest of us... it may still be nice to TRY to be neighborly. After all, we performance types catch enough bad press and the subsequent BS without giving them another cheer leader.

Try partially opening the garage before starting the engine and I bet the resonance will be dramatically reduced. Who knows, this could actually come back to you some day. Regardless, good karma is good karma. Remember, his life sucks and you have a Vette :yesnod: take a little pity on him.

Thats the reason why I was starting the car with the garage door in the first place was to be respectful. Its all in the way you approach people. I would go out of my way to help a niehbor but when he comes to me with an attitude thats when I get pist. I'm starting it with the garage open now. We'll see how the drama unfolds in the weeks to come. :crazy: :thumbs:

No long tubes are legal in CA. Only shorties which are a waste of dough. In this wonderful state you technically cant touch the car at all. :rolleyes: :U
