Where to buy factory paint or paint that matches factory?
I want to buy some wide fenders for my 2002 C5 coupe and want to paint match it to my car.
The color code to my electron blue car is 21 / WA779J.
Does anybody know a website or local shop in Bay Area, California that has the paint or can make it?

I've used https://www.automotivetouchup.com/ for my "Light Carmine Red" 98 coupe. Not a common color and they matched it perfectly. They can put it in rattle cans, ready to spray quarts or touchup pens. UPS delivers to your door.

^ I agree. They can make the paint in a perfect match. Also try your local collision repair shop - they should have tools that can ensure a spot on color match.

Was it also able to match the finish too?

You are also dealing with 20+ years of sun bleaching vs new color code matching paint. A great body/paint man can tweak the mix and blend. All you can do with a rattle can is break on a body line and pray for shadows.
