Default C8 seats in my C5Z

Well after not being satisfied with seat options I finally went with the C8 seats after watching Garage Activities on YouTube. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OPiWVo...ndex=4&pp=gAQB

Anyway these seats are much heavier then the stocks mainly because of components in the seats. I’m glad they fit with minimal adjustments. Watch the YouTube video for details. I had to go one step further because my seats are different then his, but it wasn’t bad. I got the seats on eBay. Great seats, I love all the electronic and lumbar air adjustments. Obviously there are much cheaper and lighter options out there but I wanted actual corvette seats. I know a lot of people may not like this idea, and I probably wouldn’t do it again, but I’m loving the ride.

Seats look great but now you need some other blue accent pieces to help with the color scheme. I'd start with adding blue interior lighting

These look fantastic, were you able to get the cooling fans to work?

The seats do look good. I agree that you need other blue bits to make them make sense though.

Seats look awesome. How much heavier?

Blue brake calipers would be a nice touch.

Seats are totally awesome and I bet it feels like you are in a different car! I put C7 seats in my car and was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I like just the Blue trim on the seats in the otherwise black interior. Just enough to show upgrade but with taste. It has me thinking.

Do you sit lower in the car with these?

I didn’t weigh them but I’m guessing 10 to 15 lbs heavier

About the same, maybe slightly higher because my original seats were worn down.
