Cracked HUD dash trim
My HUD panel on top of the dash near the windshield is cracked. How hard is it to remove the panel and either replace it or repair it ? Thanks!

A full replacement requires dash removal, which is a fairly involved process (takes several hours). I believe they make HUD panel overlays that are just slightly bigger and will cover over the old one, and will be held on with double-sided tape or something like that. This would take almost no time and may be worth looking into.

Right after purchasing my C5 vert with HUD, it was suggested to get a dash cover not only to protect the dash but also the HUD plastic bezel. Might be to late to do for yours but it you do replace it, consider getting a cover that does not have the cut out for the HUD. I just remove mine when, in those very rare instances, I use the HUD.

Ok here you go! http://amtcustomdesigns.com/shop/c5-hud-bezel-overlay/
There's a $20 cheaper option on ebay as well, no idea if it's any good though: https://www.ebay.com/itm/331331462139

Try www.C5HudBezel.com The owners name is Raymond Fullwood. He sells Hud Bezel Retrofit Kits. I don't know if he's still in business but worth a try.
