A good header Gasket please ?
I have a leak in my exhaust from one side or both from the headers. Had it awhile and have tried to loosen then retighten to no avail. Does anyone know of a good sealing header gasket I can try. It's nauseating so I'd like to stop the leaking.

Just about any quality steel gasket should work. What kind of headers do you have?

The OEM gaskets that I linked above should work well with your headers. Did you put in new gaskets when you installed the headers? Good luck. I hope this fixes your problem.

I am a firm believer in Remflex gaskets. They are graphite, and compress when torqued to fill in any imperfections in the head surface or header flange. Used them on all my LS vehicles with great success.
I hope it's just the header gasket and not a manifold/header bolt broken off you're hearing, though. Very common on LS engines, too.

I've been running my OEM stainless gaskets with my Kooks LTs for many years. No leaks, although Kooks are known to have pretty stout mounting flanges.......
