20th Anniversary
Yesterday marked the 20th Anniversary of my purchase of my 2002 Z06. Its hard to believe that I bought the car new 20 years ago right after the September 11th attacks when GM was offering 0% financing on new Corvettes.

Amazing how we Corvette guys remember these type anniversaries, birthdays,, etc., but other ones we tend to sometimes forget!!!

I'm so jealous of the original owner cars! Congratulations on your anniversary. Lovely cars.
I can only pretend to be the original owner because I would have been 42 in 2001 when my car was new (I think most assume I must be the original owner). But with a mortgage and family to support, that wasn't going to happen in my case, (my new car then was 2001 Impala; also bought after 9/11). The C5, is age appropriate for me, however, and that's appealing to me.
