I think, and I could be wrong here, but I think he has either air shocks or an air ride system on it. I was not expecting to see that either. I almost went out and put a for sale sign in mine after seeing that.

OMG! 
I certainly wasn't ready for that. That was the perfect setup to multiply the shock factor. 
What I don't understand, is after all the time and money spent on that, why didn't they at least put on wider tires and rims? 
I mean it would still look awful, but at least then I could see where SOMEONE could potentially like it. as it sits though...
