The car was heavily vandalized not long after I purchased it in '04 but, Kudos to White Auto Body for bringing it back beautifully.
That is a very short list of unexpected failures for the time I've owned it, near 16 years. Without a doubt, it's been the most reliable Corvette platform I've owned.

My 2000 doesn't see a lot of action anymore, it's racing days are over, and so are mine. So, it's regulated to occasional driving. I'm still not finished modding it but, it's taken a back seat for the time being to getting another Corvette restored, and tooling around with my Aston Martin. If I get around to it this year, I've decided to put Caravaggio seats in.
Too many upgrades, mods, and pictures to display all that has been done over the years, virtually everything inside and out has been enhanced.

cam + all supporting mods (springs, retainers, etc in heads, high volume oil pump, upgraded timing chain, 25% UD pulley)
new seats+brackets
double din stereo and console upgrade + backup cam to be installed still
MGW short shifter
new rotors and brake pads
new ACA headlights with HID upgrade for lo/hi beams

Sean, I could give you a whole list of possible directions to go. However, by the looks of it, you seem to have a good grasp on mods and maintenance as it is. What you've listed that you have done in your post, is grade A in my book. Especially being proactive, which is the name of the game, with these cars. Your more than welcome to go into my profile and look at the photo album from 2016, which is really the last time I did any serious upgrades. Every upgrade, mechanical or cosmetic is listed in there for the past 15 years. I'll be more than happy to answer any question, pros/cons on any enhancement you want to know about or where to obtain it.

Your Z looks great, and I love that garage flooring!!

Best regards,

Tom M.

2000 w/226,000 miles. I’ve had it since 2005. I’ve replaced or upgraded almost everything except the motor. Only did oil pump, timing chain, and harmonic balancer. Recently added C6 seats with heaters.

Sparkplugs and wires
Pulled driver's seat to slip some hard plastic between the foam and spring
Hyper flash unit along with LED lights and new housings and sockets

Nice to see the St. Louis area represented pretty good here. Btw, I could swear that subdivision looks like mine. I would bet the same builder did those homes as mine. Beautiful Z!
